Policy
Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use ASTRA — the product, your account, payment and acceptable use.
Last updated: January 2026
1. The service
ASTRA provides routine and progress tracking through a web application. These terms govern your use of the service, whether as a visitor to the public website or as the owner of a registered account.
2. Your account
You must provide a working email address and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used in breach of these terms or of applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and payment
New accounts begin with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued writing requires a paid plan. Plans are one of four lengths — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual — and every length includes the same features.
Payment is processed by Razorpay. When a plan period ends, your workspace becomes read-only; nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. You choose consciously whether to continue.
4. Your data
You own the records you create. We store them to operate the service and keep them readable to you, as described in the Data Policy. When a plan lapses, your workspace becomes read-only but your records remain.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, to attack its security or infrastructure, to impersonate others, or to store content you have no right to store. We may terminate accounts that do so.
6. The service as it is
We work to keep ASTRA reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. None of this limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced, and continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
