ASTRA ("we", "us") operates the routine and progress tracking product available at this website. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use the public website or a registered ASTRA account.

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
Workspace data: the records you create inside the product — routines, journal entries, module logs and preferences. This is the content you ask us to store.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and essential cookies needed for login and security. We do not sell any of this.
3. How we use information
We use your data to operate your account, keep the product working and secure, respond to support requests, and send essential service communications. Email summaries and reminders are sent only where you have asked for them. We do not use your workspace data for advertising and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. How we share information
We share personal data only with processors that make the product function — payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery and hosting. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored by ASTRA. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
5. Data retention
Your workspace data is kept for as long as your account exists, so your record remains yours to read. Account deletion requests remove personal data and records as described in the Data Policy. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can request account deletion at any time, and we will action it in line with the Data Policy. Contact us using the details below.
