Data Policy
A plain-language look at the data ASTRA stores, what it is used for and how long it is kept.

1. The principle
Your workspace is yours. ASTRA stores the records you create so the product can show them back to you — and so your history remains readable even between paid periods. We collect as little else as possible.
2. What we store
Account data: name, email address and security information such as a hashed password.
Workspace data: routines, journal entries, module logs, analytics inputs, billing records and any support or report requests you file.
Technical data: short-lived server logs and essential cookies, described in the Cookie Policy.
3. How it is used
Workspace data is used to render your product, compute your analytics, send emails you have requested, and keep your record continuous across subscriptions. It is never used for advertising and never sold.
4. Retention
Workspace data is retained for the life of your account so your record stays complete and readable. When your subscription lapses, your workspace becomes read-only but the data remains. Deleted records are removed from the live system, and backups are purged on their normal schedule.
5. Deletion and export
You can request account deletion at any time; we will remove your account, personal data and workspace records, and confirm when it is done. You can also request an export of your data. We act on deletion requests promptly and document them.
